We had a great stay at this hotel. The bed was big, AC worked wonderfully, and the staff were friendly. The hotel facilities including the gym and pool were fantastic. There were plenty of food and shopping options in the area.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They offered free access to the fitness gym, which was great to work off all the delicious food. The location was also perfect, with many food stalls and shops nearby. We were also surprised by the cute Xmas decorations in the lobby.

The bathroom was a bit small and there was no shampoo or body wash provided, which was a bit inconvenient. , the breakfast buffet was not very varied and the food did not have much flavor.

The location of the hotel was great, close to many restaurants, a small mall, a convenience store, and a plaza with concerts and food stalls at night. the bed was large and comfortable, and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot weather.

the toiletries provided were limited, and we had to request more shampoo and body wash.

The hotel is located in an area with plenty of shopping and food options nearby. Guests also appreciated the friendly staff and air-conditioning. Some rooms have a comfortable bed and a large bathroom, providing basic comfort.

At times, guests experienced discomfort due to poor maintenance.
